Processing Time:

Orders are sent within 48 hours (2 business days) from the time they are placed. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from one of our team. Orders are sent via Australia Post International.  Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number, and any additional details about your order.

 

How can I exchange or return an item purchased on collectible.net.au?

You have up to 30 days from receiving your order to request a return of your purchase. Please email us, and discuss returning your order, and the reason for the return. Upon agreement of the returned item(s), we will email you a post return label that you can attach to the parcel to pay for the return. After that 30 days, we do not accept any returns, or exchanges.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Usually you would have 24 hours to cancel upon ordering your item(s), it is not possible to cancel or change your order after this time, as we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website. Orders are usually in production on day 2, and then enters various stages of packaging and local courier pick up etc.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can choose between various payment methods:

DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL - Buyers Protection

Other: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay. Payments with debit cards will be charged in real time.

 

The items received are incorrect or are defective. What should I do?

If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, please contact us via Customer Service. If the item(s) are damaged, or not as shown in the images on the website, we will refund these items and the delivery expenses as soon as we receive them back to our facility after they have been inspected.

 

Does my purchased item come with a Letter Of Authenticity?

Yes, included in all of our signed memorabilia is a Lifetime Certificate of Authenticity that accompanies your genuine original item in which Smith & Son's Collectibles documents individually along with reputable third party providers. 

These experts have a diverse knowledge base that is complemented by proprietary methods and technology to form their authentication process.

Every item on our site goes through a strict authentication process, by any of the companies below that are recognised & respected third party authenticators.

The accompanied certification is the only certification these companies can confirm individually for each item. These items are being sold as collectible pieces and there is  no guarantee that these item's can be resold on any online marketplace. As each of these company has their own policies and politics relating to thier own authentication proceedures.

Are the items included in the shopping basket reserved automatically?

Unfortunately no, including an item in the shopping basket does not reserve it or guarantee its availability. Some much-in-demand items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase despite being available when you added them to your shopping basket.

For international postage, we set the value of each item at the cost of materials only.
